Baked before sunrise, gone by afternoon. Real butter, real fruit, zero shortcuts — and a counter that changes with the market.
★ custom celebration cakes: 3 days' notice, please
If it's gone by noon, it was meant to be. The case rules.
We're a tiny team with a 48-hour sourdough and a very loud oven. The day starts at 4am with the pre-ferment, and by 8am the case is full. When it's gone, it's gone — we'd rather run out than bake yesterday's bread.
Birthdays, weddings, awkward work milestones — we've got the icing for all of them.
Chocolate fudge, red velvet, citrus, or "surprise me" (a crowd favourite).
Three days' notice minimum — the good dates book out fast.
Pick up fresh on the day. Photos of the cutting happen at your risk.
4.9 stars and counting — here's what the counter crowd says.

Marcus J. · Google review"Sourdough with a crackly crust and a 48-hour story. You can taste the patience."
Erin S. · Google reviewThree days minimum, and weekend dates book out fast. Send us your flavour and rough size by email or phone and we'll lock it in.
